1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1win bd platform and all associated services. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the 1win bd website, mobile application, and all related digital channels. "User" refers to any person registered on the Platform.

"Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, virtual games, and all other entertainment activities offered by 1win bd. "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration on the Platform.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 1win bd platform. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these three are not processed.

Separate terms apply to each active promotion on the Platform:

• Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; once per week.
• Slots Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; slots games only.
• Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; once per year.
• Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳3,000; wagering 12x; subject to the referred friend's first deposit.
• Cricket Season Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x; once per month.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, registering under different identities from the same IP address, or coordinated betting activity is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1win bd reserves the right to void that bet. The official announcement of the relevant sporting body is considered final in determining match results.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting may change from moment to moment. If a bet is not completed due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, it will be treated as a failed bet and the staked amount will be returned.

6.3 Game Results

Casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and verifiable results. Any objection to a game result must be reported to the support centre within 48 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination if violated:

• Operating more than one account by the same individual.
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to place bets or play games.
• Manipulating results or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or processing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's identity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

1win bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• In the case of fraud or suspicious financial transactions.
• At the user's own request for voluntary account closure.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must submit a written request to the support centre. All pending bets must be settled and available funds withdrawn before the account is closed.
